experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join a well respected critical access
hospital in Northern New Mexico . The Provider would be working 12 hour shifts
(3 on 4 off / 4 on 3 off - rotating shifts--3 to 6 patients while on shift and
very light acuity-no ICU) in the ER and rounding in-house and functioning as a
Hospitalist. There is physician coverage on-site 24/7 in the ED as well as in
the hospital and the estimated ED admissions are 6,000 per year. Given the small
size of the hospital, the Provider will be utilized to the fullest extent
possible so the NP will cover the Family Practice Clinic 1.5 days per week as
well which is also located adjacent to the facility. The salary range
is
$60+ per hour with full medical,
dental, vision, 401K (with match), CME, CME allowance and a $10,000 Sign-On
