Loan Repayment - New Mexico RHC

 

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a Rural Health Clinic in Southern New Mexico. Will consider an experienced provider only. 3 other providers on site (1 physician, 2 FNP’s). Broad spectrum practice. Schedule will be M-F, 7a – 6p (4-10’s). Light call. Compensation will be $75 – 95k.  Comprehensive benefit package including 5 wks vacation, malpractice, health insurance, retirement and paid CME. Relocation assistance and possible separate sign-on bonus. Will also provide 3 months of free housing to start. Additionally: This position offers guaranteed Federal Loan Repayment Assistance with a high HPSA score (requires 2 year commitment). The cash value of this benefit is $50k. These are pretax dollars so the real value (in taxable dollars and interest) is $70k. In essence you are working for 2 years and getting paid for 3!!! Sunny New Mexico is home to the wide outdoor spaces and unlimited outdoor recreational opportunities. This is a low living cost state.
