Nurse Consultant: Long Term Care Options Reporting to an Assistant
Director of Long Term Care Options (LTCO), the Registered Nurse Consultant
(RNC) is responsible for providing team-based clinical consultation and
consumer field visitation in the program that provides care management
to younger disabled and chronically impaired older persons in their homes.
The RNC position also involves nursing oversight of specified resource
allocations, the development / maintenance of professional relationships

Supervisor (CMS), the RNC helps facilitate the team’s delivery of quality
