Big Bucks!!!
North Texas DFW area Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation practice
is growing and is seeking a Nurse Practitioner. This is a solo female
provider who is looking for an honest partner to join her practice family.
I spent a couple hours with her team recently and can honestly say this
woman is a delight. You will be very impressed with her down to earth attitude,
respect for others and the open arms approach she is taking towards an
NP becoming an integral force in her practice.... she is just a great lady
and this is a 5-star practice. The NP will provide continuity of care to
already established patients in two different setting. You will establish
your own outpatient panel from existing patients as well as evaluating
new patients on an inpatient and outpatient basis. The practice is split
evenly between inpatient and outpatient work. While an experienced provider
is preferred, a stong new grad who can demonstrate maturity and energy
would also be considered.
Schedule is Monday-Friday (office closes at noon on Friday so that's
4 1/2 days a week) with call one weekend a month..
Compensation is quite competitive with an excellent benefit and insurance
package (including dental), relocation, 3 weeks vacation with addition
week for CME (with expenses). Incentive package after 6 months which (we
confirmed) could very well put you at $100k+ in a reasonable period of
time.
