SmartCare Family Medical Centers is pursuing a Nurse Practitioner for
the Clinical District Manager position. The duties include
Maintaining nurse practitioner and certified medical assistant
staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training clinical staff,
ensuring that they are current in competency, licensure, certifications,
and other annual training
Directing and coordinating clinical daily operations for multiple
SmartCare sites
Managing involvement in quality assurance, performance evaluations,
and employee relations, while working closely with the medical director.
This Position requires at least 3 years of clinical experience with

required.
