Rural Health clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work a moderate
volume. This clinic is located in the Northern part of the state not far
from the Columbia River (fresh salmon for dinner). This is Lewis and Clark
territory, somewhat rugged with a frontier feel to it. This location would
appeal to the adventurist, the outdoorsman, the independent minded, or
someone looking for something a little bit different. Great place to raise
a family too. Larger city with more amenities a short drive away. Volume
is this established clinic is 10-12 visits a day which gives you the opportunity
to be quite thorough and to develop solid relationships with your patient
base. Salary will be between $70-80k depending on experience. There is
a defined benefit pension plan fully vested after 4 months worth $4 to
4.5k a year (depending on salary). Also, this site qualifies as a HPSA

patient care management of pediatric patients with consultation, collaboration
and general supervision from a Pediatrician. The NP functions as a member
of a multidisciplinary health care team and provides a wide range of patient
services covering new and current pediatric patients at Palomar Hospital,
filling a hospitalist role for NICU and peds patients. This positions requires
evaluation of general pediatric patients, normal newborns and acute Level
