Requirements:
Masters Degree in Science
National Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
Two + years as a Family Nurse Practitioner
Current RN license in applicable state
Current DEA and BLS or ACLS certification
Previous management experience
Previous business or retail experience desirable
Passion for the MinuteClinic concept and vision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven team builder
Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching
Competence in analyzing data for decision making
